Accommodation options include: Carillon Beach Inn is located within walking distance of the beach and reception. The hotel is on the lake with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites. http://carillon-beach.com/reservations/ Let them know you are with the wedding party and they will waive the $50 reservation fee. Carillon Beach House/Condo Rentals There are two options: rent directly from the owners ("by owner") or many of the homeowners rent through the management agency located at Carillon Beach. The homes rented directly by the owners are typically a little less money simply because there is no management (middle man) to deal with. But there are numerous nice homes available through both and we have talked with many of the owners and the management team at Carillon and they are more than willing to accomodate all our guests. The homes vary in size from 1 BR to 5 and 6 BR homes and condos. The Carillon Beach community is lined with beautiful beach homes and at the entrance, next to the Carillon Beach Inn, are two large condominum complexes. In the "downtown" area of Carillon are a few quaint condos on the second floor above some of the eateries, galleries, and restaurants in the community. Keep in mind all of these homes are all within walking distance of the ceremony, reception, and the beach! Or you can rent your own golf cart to get around the premises. Here is the link for the homes directly rented by the homeowners: Just be mindful of and make sure that the home you choose is IN Carillon Beach if you don't want to drive to the ceremony/reception. A couple of the homes advertised on this site are very near (next door) but they are technically not in the Carillon Beach community. They won't be within walking distance. But if that is okay with you, than go ahead and book it! Hotels in surrounding areas Carillon beach is located near larger towns where there are numerous hotels available. Destin and Sandestin are located just about 20 minutes to the west. To the east is Panama City and Panama City Beach, about a 15 minute drive. The actual address of the Carillon Beach Community is 110 Carillon Market Street Panama Beach, FL.
